He was fine...
50 dropback. 0 sacks 2 hits 8 pressures. The line as a whole was absolutely dominant. Sure he was the weakest part but jfc give credit where it's due. People thought it would wreck the entire game and they put up 41 and 500 yards. |
Did he play like Willie Roaf? No, but for a third string RT he earned his paycheck. Good game.

Wylie needed help all night just so Patrick didn't get beheaded.
He was either getting help or getting blown up all night. No in between. He's not even JAG-status at this point. He's a liability. |
No ACME bombs blew him up
|
Props to Andy for realizing the Raiders would try and abuse the Wylie/Crosby matchup and countering with screen plays thrown right past him.

Everyone just take a deep breath, Mitch Wiegmann will have it sorted out by the time the playoffs show up

Dr. Wylie finally won, eh?
|
He wasn’t good, but he played better than most of us thought he would.

He is a product of ACME

I thought he’d be complete refried ass.
He turned in a couple of ass drives but played about as well as you could hope for a 3rd stringer who is playing out of position against elite competition. Andy also didn’t give him a lot of help and ran behind him a few times for some reason? It worked this game, but it won’t always (as last year proved). |
Would!

Has Burt Varch signed this POS yet?
