Feel like he looked great at first and then fell of a cliff.
He's fine, we shouldn't be punting as much next year anyway. |

He was hot garbage in the postseason. He was a virtually guaranteed touchback and in most cases put the damn thing into the end-zone on the fly. That's really inexcusable. It's just lazy. Take a bad bounce in a ball you landed at the 8 and it skips in? Sure. Those happen. But you just cannot land the thing in the end zone. |
The ghost of Colquit streaking breaks them all momentarily
|
He wasn’t horrible or anything. But he didn’t quite feel like the elite franchise punter I was lead to believe.

Have to remember he was out of the game for a year. Also he was only ever known as a big leg. I’m sure he’s getting coached on the finer points now.

Didn’t live up to expectations

He's garbage

He felt like a much worse punter than his stats, which was 10th best.
He did a little worse on the playoffs. Not as bad as imagined. |
It's wild how much the punter ends up meaning to you in close games because if he can't pin the other team, then they constantly get a leg up.
Colquitt was clutch at that. I hope that Araiza can figure out his placement this offseason. |
