He got hurt in Cleveland and they had to decide whether his 3-9 record, 52% completion percentage and 5.4 YPA was enough to bring back. Mike Holmgren, who is thought to know a little about QBs said no. He was traded and the organization restarted with Colt McCoy.

Oakland is expected to move on from Kyle Boller, who had a connection with former head coach Hue Jackson. Matt Leinart is a likely target. He played for new offensive coordinator Greg Knapp in Houston and Leinart is close with Oakland starter Carson Palmer. Leinart was a backup to Palmer early in his career at USC.

I don't expect much from Quinn but I'll stay open-minded and see what he can do. He has more talent around him here than his other stops.
