everyone sans 1 person in my office sees it as blue and black ... and the majority on this site see it as white and gold?

Actually, I was wondering that myself. If it's an acuity thing related to low light, maybe that skill goes down as we age.

I've looked at this pic and its gold and white in every scenario to me.
I angled my phone. Looked at it in light and dark rooms. Stared at it for a minute.
Gold and white. Everytime.

I guess I don't get it. I see it every time as Blue and a dark brown or almost black. i so have a slight color blindness issue though.
