Quite true... but it was never going to happen because he would represent an actual threat to Cassel.

I thought you were kidding when you praised Quinn.

Holy shit.

He's actually 4-10
1-0 2007
1-2 2008
2-8 2009

So, Quinn is a former first round QB selection?

Going over his history, it doesn't sound like he's really had much of a chance.

Why are people saying that he's horrible? It sounds like he's unproven, but it seems logical to have some hope considering that Cassel is proven.

No?

I remember all the reports out of Broncos training camp last year about how Quinn was so much better than Tebow that it was a no brainer that Quinn should be the top back up.

That's exactly why.

Who knows, I don't think Quinn has ever had a fair shake in the NFL, can't figure out why.. Anybody know?

It was either Quinn or Jamarcus Russell, then Oakland chose the Pillsbury Doughboy

Wasn't Peyton Manning worse his first season?

Exactly.

Quinn still has upside.

I'm not terribly hopeful, but I'm with Pest. Quinn may be able to push Cassel in training camp.

Look at the two situations he got put into.

Cleveland and Tim Tebow.

Hell JR did more than he has and that bastard is worthless..

Awful signing. Brady Quinn does not belong in the NFL.
