Strawberry/peanut butter M&Ms

don't buy them

:Lin:

Sweet Daddy Hate 08-30-2009 11:14 PM

Sounds pretty horrendous.

Rain Man 08-30-2009 11:52 PM

The M&M culture reached its zenith with peanut butter M&Ms. Anything else from that point forward will only be a sign of decay.

BigMeatballDave 08-30-2009 11:52 PM

doesn't sound to bad. I may try them.

Peanut M&Ms were like the Empire Strikes Back of the M&Ms saga. The sequel surpassed the original.

KCChiefsMan 08-30-2009 11:56 PM

a big bag of these were on sale for $1.50, all I saw was M&Ms and threw them in the cart. Now I know why those disgusting things were more than half off.

CrazyPhuD 08-31-2009 12:36 AM

M&Ms are shit....reese's pieces rule....plus they make you want to call your mom.

Sweet Daddy Hate 08-31-2009 12:38 AM

Almond M&M's FTW!

Wouldn't Peanut M&Ms be the sequel? With Almond M&Ms being ROTJ, and Peanut Butter M&Ms being the Phantom Menace?

Which works for me, because I think Peanut M&Ms are the best, followed by original, almond and peanut butter (yuck).

LaChapelle 08-31-2009 06:55 AM

Screw strawberries, try some caramel. Chocolate and peanut butter or chocolate and carmel. Gold

blaise 08-31-2009 07:00 AM

Those sound foul. Last year someone at my job brought in pumpkin Hershey's kisses around Halloween. Nasty. Tasted like eating burnt chalk with nutmeg. If you see them this fall, stay away.

It doesn't get better than Caramelos.

And anyone ever heard of Valomilk? Holy crap, those are good. It's chocolate shell surrounding gooey marshmallow creme. Their slogan used to be something like "if you don't get it on you you're not doing it right".

Edit: Actual slogan is “When it runs down your chin, you know it’s a VALOMILK.”

Made by accident, when a drunk guy put too much vanilla in a batch of penny marshmallows and the candy didn't set up. Instead of tossing it, they poured it in a chocolate cup and Valomilk was born.

I'm tellin' ya... it's chocolate dipped heaven. And it's made in Merriam, KS.

Yes, the strawberry/peanut butter M&M's are terrible! The coconut ones aren't too bad, but you really have to like coconut to enjoy them!

keg in kc 08-31-2009 08:25 AM

I don't even have to try them to know they taste like crapsicles.

mikeyis4dcats. 08-31-2009 08:27 AM

I used to love those planters things that were peanut flavored stuff compressed into a peanut shape with strawberry filling.

I haven't tried either. I didn't even know they made coconut ones. :hmmm: I'll just stick w/ good ol' peanut M&M's. Plain and almond ones are pretty good too.

blaise 08-31-2009 08:39 AM

The almond ones are good, but you only get a few in a bag it seems.

They are pretty good, though Mounds are still much better.

Mmm, I love eating Mounds.

Wait... we still talking about candy?

Gadzooks 08-31-2009 10:16 AM

When eating strawberries, I've never been tempted to dip them in peanut butter.

Buck 08-31-2009 10:43 AM

They had some cherry ones last year that were pretty good.

Dark Chocolate is good too.

I haven't had the mint ones but heard they were good.

My favorites were the ones with the crunch in them, but I'm guessing I'm in the minority.

I'm totally out of the M&M loop. I had no idea they made mint or Krunch or Dark Chocolate M&Ms. I thought they only had the four - original, peanut, almond and peanut butter.

Saulbadguy 08-31-2009 01:02 PM

They make "premium" M&M's now, too. They are more expensive.

Mr. Flopnuts 08-31-2009 01:10 PM

Dark chocolate Peanut M&M's are ****ing heaven in a plastic wrapper.

58kcfan89 08-31-2009 01:13 PM

1. Peanut Butter

2. Peanut

3. Crunch (do they still make those? Loved those things.)

4. Original

5. Cherry/Mint. Not bad, but I need to have the craving for them. Do they only make those at certain times of the year (Christmas, etc.) or am I just not looking hard enough?

Dorsia whored those out for a while @ just $9.00 per piece.

Inspector 08-31-2009 02:27 PM

No worries. Does NOT sound good.

Yech.
