By getting rid of Gailey, Haley has lost his scapegoat. If we go 2-14, Pioli may have to admit that Haley was in over his head (since any coach can go 2-14 with 22 scrubs). So, talk of Cowher and Shanny will emerge unless Haley can make his system work.

With Shanny as the OC, John Gruden as the QB Coach, Art Still for the OL, and Norv Turner....for play-by-play when Lenny retires.
