I think Cincy's D is better than Pitt's so I'm expecting a much lower score vs Denver next week. Probably 23-17 Cincy.

Would most likely host Denver, assuming the Steelers win vs Baltimore and Cleveland. Both would be 11-5 (1-1 final two games for Denver) and Pittsburgh would own the head-to-head tiebreaker, thus nabbing the fifth seed.

Here's the thing- I'd rather be at home against a "tougher" team than go on the road. If we're for real we will be playing the tougher teams eventually anyway. Just gotta keep rolling!

I'm not scared of Denver. We should have had them week 2 & owned them the second time around. Would be perfectly fitting to see Peyton off to Retirement in Arrowhead.

Here is my thing. I would rather play Houston. Everyone wants to win a playoff game, and Huston is going to give us a better chance then playing Denver or Pitt. Would you rather play a healthy Peyton and Ben, or play Brandon Weedon? I will take Weedon all day long

I'm not happy about Denver losing today. If the Jets lose to new England next week, I'll be Gung ho about winning the division. Until then, I'm still nervous about even making the playoffs let alone winning the division.

There's that nightmare scenario where they win 10 straight and then miss the playoffs because they lose to the Fade in Arrowhead.

My only fear is losing to Oakland.

The Jets play the Patriots next week. So hopefully Tommy brings his A game and shreds them. That way we don't have to freak out about winning out.

It's not Denver that concerns me, it's specifically Antonio Brown.

If the goal is a Superbowl championship, I don't see how you could not want to win the division. If the Chiefs go in as a wild card and win, the most likely next match-up is on the road at New England.

This is always my fear & worst nightmare when it happens BUT I think NE is going to help give us a breather by beating NYJ next week. If not - if we let Oakland beat us at home & dont make the playoffs then we don't deserve to be there in the first place. IMO If we're the real deal we should roll over Cleveland & Oakland the next two weeks.

Our 2ndary isn't good enough with Ben at QB to keep up with Brown,Bryant,Wheaton and Williams coming out of the backfield, especially with Haley and the Steeler's revenge factor from earlier in the year. Haley would love to just deficate all over our 2ndary in Arrowhead and keep the playoff losses coming.

The odds of the Chiefs playing the Steelers in the wildcard round are very low. Right now it's looking a lot like it'll be either Vs Denver or @ Denver.

Make one defensive stop in the fourth quarter against Chicago and we would already have the division lead.

That said, we seem to play better on the road for some reason.

And losing this week would have been a Chiefs thing to do, and losing the week before would have been a Chiefs thing to do. At some point you need to realize this isn't the same old Chiefs.

I'd like to believe that, splatbass. This is the most enjoyable team I've watched in a long time. Been watching this team way too long to take anything for granted. I'm not sleeping on this remaining schedule, I don't care how easy it looks on paper.

Of course the main focus is to win out! That's a given. We control our own destiny ... but we should & can also be excited about coming from 1-5 to the possibility of winning the division. That's f$&!ing exciting.

Keep the momentum going & finish off the Browns & Raiders & whatever else happens is just icing on the cake.

It really bugs me that the Jets have won 4 in a row and Steelers have won 3 in a row. We should be comfortably able to stand a loss by now.

The Jets need to lose to the Pats next week. They're being sneaky little ****ers.

The Steelers are legitimately good. The Jets bug the hell out of me. Haven't beaten a single team above .500. Their only quality win was against the Giants. Next week, Pats against the Jets is our best shot by a mile for one of our contenders to give us some wiggle room.
