So, I need help. Broken body & all.
Years back, right after the Gantz days, a Lee's Summit buddy and me were going to Arrowhead. Never had tix, always scrounging.
I'll always remember the game that the Browns showed up. Year before they were the shit with Marty coaching and now we had him. No tix so the ones we bought were.on the Cleveland side. I remember Kosar looking at me when I yelled, "go back to Buckeye!!!" when they were going thru the tunnel, lol. I was an otr driver so my fleet manager made sure I was close to Missouri during game weeks. Just trying to explain my fandom back in the day. O yeah, I'm paralyzed so that's why I need help. My ex and I had shit thrown at us every time leaving the Kingdome back when Seattle was in the afc west. I...we got to see them put Dale Carter in as a receiver up there. F awesome! I'm divorced now. On my own, still paralyzed tho, lol. Anyone willing to help a brother out if I can make a game this year? I'd reciprocate with $$ or my charm. Thanks in advance. Bundle of sticks //mike. |

**** yeah dude... what do you need?

Let me know if I can do anything from Springfield.
|
Hey Mike
What are you needing buddy? |
I think maybe he needs an extra ticket to a game this year. Someone to sit by at the game and be buds with, if only for a game.
|
He's wanting to go a game with someone!
|
Why don't you contact the Chiefs? In sure they always always have accessible seats available.

This. I try to take care of my elderly uncle who's just a bit too old to go to Arrowhead. I just don't wanna go by myself. I'd pay for someone's ticket. I'd really like to experience a tailgate as well. Sorta on my bucket list. Thanks, you guys ROCK!. I was worried how it'd be taken, lol. |

I've been a member from afar for a bit. I got to read all y'alls crazy posts over that time. More than anything it would be nice to meet folks like you finally. |
What part of Western KS are you in if you don't mind. If you don't want to say , I get it.

No problem. Born in a Wichita home for unwed mothers. (a thing back then). Both sides of family is Ellis County. I'm in Ellis, where one side of family is from,, most of the family is over in Hays, Salina. I was in contact with Rasputin (sp?) for a bit and we were gonna hook up when he came up to see his kid. Most of my old friends are still strung out. I've tried to avoid them since moving back. Then the few friends I have don't care for football. I'm not a normal nfl fan. I love my chiefs! Up in Vancouver my next door neighbor was a Chiefs fan. He was my partner in crime after we moved into out new home. We'd take the train to Seattle and it drops off right at century field. Lemme tell ya. That place is f loud. We'd have to yell at each other sitting beside each other. I have pix and video of when we had the ball grabber DT run it in as a hb, lol. Good times! |

Mike, You've been one of the good ones on here for a long time now. If I had the money I once did, you and I would be attending a game together w/o hesitation. But it's going to be a while before I can take work off, I hope someone steps up.

what are you willing / able to do sexually and are you willing to sign a non- disclosure agreement???
|
I’ll say what everyone wants to know before offering help just to save you and the questions.
Why can’t you get the tickets yourself? Has work or your retirement affected your ability to save for a game? I think further information on why you need a hand out can lead to you receiving hand outs. It’s like the homeless guy outside my car window saying he is homeless and has kids.. is that true? I don’t know. I’m only asking this because there really isn’t enough information to warrant generous offerings as you’ve simply said you’re paralyzed and are asking for a hook up…. Asking because I geneuinly think others are like me and won’t actually provide you help unless you prove you deserve it Take care man. |
^Not seeing where he asked anyone for a "handout". Believe he wants someone to hang with during a game.

I'm in for whatever anyone needs, whether it's money or a plug on tickets or just someone to tailgate and hang with, I'm totally down.

Might not work for everyone but the positive is yer' boosting your immune system and circulation. Who doesn't need that?... |
I'm not going to make a game this year but I'd happily venmo money for beer for your tailgate. You just need to toast me once and post pics.
|
Thanks Boise, Rausch.
I will look into that Rausch. Not sure what I'd do with it. Prolly just look at it since it's so frickin tiny now, lol. So Bills game. Is there ever really a visitors side? I only see red most games. Anyhoots, section 135 on visitors side or Chiefs side in corner of end zone? I don't normally care for endzone. Any help with that? Meaning are they good seats? I'd get the same tix every 8 years @ century field. I waited too long. Course the decision was made to hit a game this year is last minute. There's several other good teams but I wanna see von Miller get pancaked...lol. |

Hey Mike, a couple questions for you.
Do you utilize a wheelchair friendly van? I was thinking about transportation and the best way to go about that. Do you have any other special considerations that would be best planned ahead for? Is there anything you'd like to do at the stadium besides see the game? I think you mentioned wanting to attend a tailgate, but what if someone could get you down on the field pregame. Is that something you'd be interested in? |
HH, you're alright man. Thanks for asking.
I'm sorry about writing a book guys. I'm an incomplete paraplegic. I can walk with forearm crutches. Not pretty, lol. I use my 4 dr. pick up with hand controls. I open back door and sit down to dismantle my chair. As long as I have something to hold onto I can shuffle my way. I'm independent now basically. All sorts of cameras outside tho, lol. Only issue someone might is my registered service dog. I'd have to buy her some ear muffs. It's just I don't know anyone I could leave her with but might be able to by then. She's a Chiefs fan too, lol. She got her own gear, lol. I don't know about being on the field. I'm liable to cry like a baby, lol. Over 30 years since my last visit to my favorite football teams crib. I really wanna experience an Arrowhead tailgate. 20 years of going to Seattle. Always avoided that area dressed up in red anyways, lol. I pmed Haywire but haven't heard back. I was worried about the other person already having tickets but I'm just gonna buy another ada ticket, parking and go from there. I'm looking at visitor side Bills seats or Chiefs side Rams so far. I just don't wanna do this by myself, lol. Thank you so much sir! |

If Haywire can figure out the details, let me know what you need. Willing to help out however I can.

A note regarding your service dog.
Service Animals Certified, leashed service animals may accompany guests with disabilities into GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Guests are responsible for all needs and actions of the service animal, including clean up. While it is not required, we encourage guests to contact the Fan Experience Department (see above) prior to gameday to best accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal. The recommended entry point for guests with service animals is GEHA Gate. All other animals are prohibited. |

This is amazing. It's a true wonder how one kind find so many beautiful souls on a message board floating in the depth of the cesspool that is the World Wide Web. I hope you and your 'escort' have an amazing time, Mike! And if something comes up and it doesn't work out, shoot me a pm and I'll come pick you up.
