2022 Predictions
AFC
Ravens 14-3 Bills 13-4 Chiefs 12-5 Chargers 12-5 Colts 12-5 Bengals 11-6 Raiders 10-7 Broncos, Titans, Patriots and Dolphins all miss the playoffs at 9-8. NFC TB 14-3 GB 13-4 Eagles 13-4 Rams 12-5 New Orleans 11-6 Vikings 10-7 SF 10-7 Arizona and Dallas miss the playoffs at 9-8. Playoffs: Chargers knock off the Colts. KC exacts revenge on the Bengals. Bills beat down the Raiders. Lamar fails again as the Chargers win in Baltimore. KC conquers the Bills once again. This time in Buffalo. KC hosts the AFC Championship for the fifth straight time and narrowly beats the Chargers. Rams over Saints. Eagles over Viqueens. GB over SF. TB gets by the Rams. Packers put down the Eagles. Green Bay wins the NFC Championship. Brady retires again but comes out of retirement during halftime of the Super Bowl. The NFL finally gets the State Farm Bowl. KC falls behind early and trails 14-10 at halftime. Clark pops in a VHS of Hank Stram telling the troops to “just keep matriculatin’ the ball down the field.” Mahomes decides this is a good plan and executes said plan. KC scores three second half TDs en route to a 31-24 triumph. Champion: Kansas City Chiefs Following the game, in a rare moment of brutal honesty, Mahomes grabs the mic and announces to Joe Burrow, Josh Allen and Justin Herbert that they can suck his [expletive] and that none of them will win anything while he’s around. |
I like it. Though I think you may have Tampa a bit too high.
|
 20-0
|
Chiefs win every game 69-0
|
Chargers won't sniff 10 wins. Calling now and always.
|
Hell Yeah!!!
Now we just need big nasty KC nut to bless this thread and it shall be done. :thumb: |

The Raiders won’t win 9 games. Their OL overall sucks. Their secondary overall sucks. Their HC is a loser.
They’re gonna get swept by us and the Chargers. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them go 1-5 in the division this year. |
It's interesting how some of these prognosticators are saying that the Chiefs will fail because the division is just so tough, but they have no problem moving one of the other three up while playing in that same tough division.

That bitch be trippin

Besides, we’ve seen Mahomes without Hill. He’s still incredible. People seem to forget that Hill was hobbled for like half of 2018 with that heel injury. People forget Hill missed a good portion of the 2019 regular season with the clavicle dislocation. Mahomes is still the ****ing man. |

Yeah that's real logical. Go ahead and dismiss that one easily |

I think it's going to be a tough year for the Chiefs.
But those of you who know me know that I'm a reerun and my football takes are dogshit which rarely if ever reflect reality. Therefore lock it in as the Chiefs being the SB champs. |

Watkins left with an injury (surprise, surprise). Kelce had his worst game of the Mahomes era (dude dropped everything and almost got in a fight with EB). Yet, we still stayed within 1 score. Mahomes had 300+ passing yards and no picks. Dude made Pringle look like a number 1. |

Their OL and secondary will prevent them from being a great team, but I think they'll be a playoff contender. My record predictions are based on each schedule. I don't think that the Ravens are a better team than the Chiefs, Bills or Chargers, but their schedule is more favorable. And I can't say that I'll have extreme confidence if the Chiefs have to go to Buffalo in the playoffs, especially since it will be their Super Bowl, but I'm not betting against them. |
Chiefs won't lose a game for a decade
|
I hate anyone who doesnt love Patrick Mahomes!
|
People are just getting in their Chiefs Are Gonna Suck! takes in now before the country watches them roast the Cardinals and they go *sigh* no fun they win the west again.
I'm not even joking in the slightest. This is the last chance to try and speak it into existence out of desperation. |

Vikings 9? ROFL
Oh, and Denver ROFL |

Unfortunately, everyone else has them closer to middle of the pack. |
Don’t care about W/L.
The floor for this team, as long as PMII is QB, is the AFCCG. |
Entire league finishes 0-0-17.
Heard it here first. |

KC will be competitive, but they're rebuilding right now and may not even make the playoffs. |

https://sportsnaut.com/super-bowl-od...fl-season/amp/ You’re braindead if you think this is not a rebuilding year for Denver lmao |
Blowmo… why crickets all of a sudden. You sound sure of your team. Let’s make it official!!

The only way I'd bet on anything is if the bet is voided if Russell Wilson, Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, Pat Surtain, Justin Simmons, or DreMont Jones miss 4 or more games. |

No leaving forever bets, you name the dollar amount. Edit: sounds like you feel you have a team of brokedicks. |

I'd be willing to bet $50 that Denver does make it, as long as the aforementioned Pro Bowl caliber players don't miss 4 or more games. |

So basically Justin Simmons and an old Russell Wilson? |

my bold prediction for this year:
no AFC team will have more than 11 wins :thumb: added predictions: lamar, murray and deshaun will suck ass by years end brady could end up being folded like an accordian. chiefs lead the league in rushing yards. i intend to add to this list over the next 24 hrs :D |

You really think the difference between Mahomes and all of the rest is 'tiny'? Just wait, buddy. |
Quote:
Yes, they added Davante Adams and Chandler Jones. But is Chandler Jones any better, really, than Yannick Ngaukoue? He's five years older and they produced basically identically last year. Is their secondary improved? Are they better at LB? Is their OL better? No. No. No. And if Jones doesn't ramp up the pass rush beyond what Ngakuoe provided as a complementary rusher to Maxx Crosby, it's not hard to see that defense being WORSE. |
