that being said, I admire Cassel for caring enough about his teammate to get in there and mix it up.

"If I give you a dollar, you can keep some of the change. Because all I really want is a quarterback."

I am far from being a Cassel defender, but with a good team around him I think he can manage the game well enough to get us deep in the playoffs. If the D is outstanding, who knows, could win it all.

Cassel seems to me to be a guy who needs early success to build confidence. If the O can get rolling in the game, he's going to play well. If they struggle, well, its over.

He needs to grow that rat tail out more.

I've said it many times. The only thing I don't care about when it comes to Cassel is that he isn't ever going to be an elite QB. I believe we've already seen the best he can be, and while that may be just good enough to get us to the playoffs some years, it's not enough to win a Super Bowl.

Exactly. I want my QB to go after a guy that is much bigger than he is and wearing battle armor.

Whatever Zorn did with Cassel last year, he needs to do the exact opposite this year.

In 2010 Cassel occasionally looked like a legit QB - pump fakes, looking off safeties, nice touch, etc.
