Two of the worst examples of leadership I've ever seen from a QB:

1. Being booed by the fans and mouthing 'shut the **** up' during a game.

2. Holding a post game press conference after the same game, in which he threw 4 INT, and saying, straight-faced "I graded out perfectly."
