I'll give them credit now, though. They have done what so many NFL teams, past and present, refuse to do. Which is to look at their WC round ceiling QB and to have the following internal conversation:
"Is our QB good enough to win a Super Bowl?"
"Nah, I don't think so"
"Then what the **** are we gonna pay him $40 million (or whatever) for?'
"Good point. Let's find a shitty team with a retro coach that thinks this dude is actually good"
