Neither had any business being in the NFL as a coach or professional QB. Cassell was a lifetime mediocre backup QB
in college and yet somehow smuggled himself into the NFL and rode a magic carpet into Arrowhead. Haley was a petulant anti-social type-b personality that got a job with the Jets because of his dad's (deep) connections. You could say Pioli was the real villain but than again he's even more of a pretender at GM. Never should have been hired. So then it goes to the Owner. In 2009 Clark had only been managing operations for a handful of years and to me it seems as if he got hoodwinked by riff-raff associated with Pacells and the Patriots. He's done better since.
