I swear by taking mushroom supplements. They help me relieve any brain fog. Just overall well being. I take Lions Mane and Cordyceps. Cordyceps are best for energy.
Then I take PS128 from Bened Life which has somewhat changed my life. It is a mental prebiotic. Massively lowers my frustration and increases my patience level but it is probably only useful for people like me.
