I think it's fairly obvious he's a Richie Stevenson plant. Wormed his way back in. Worked it out to kill the other 2 idiot cops. Got his way to get back in and control things. Turn: He's a Harrigan plant.

I think it's clearly Maeve. When Conrad was grilling her about everything she didn't deny it and Eddie knows all the shit she was doing. He killed Freddie because he was done so he was no longer useful. Harry didn't need him any more.

No way it's Harry. I think he's ahead of all of this. He's very clearly extremely intelligent and is always 2 steps ahead. Conrads gonna go free and Maeve is gonna go down for it all or she's gonna die. That's his way to get rid of the rat.
