LOL, I know it hurt for a while, but it's been so long ago I don't really remember the pain. I'm not very good at situps since then though.
A few years ago, I was in a swimming pool and these three little kids were looking at my scar so I told them I got it when I jumped on a hand grenade in the war to save my buddies. LOL
