totally wild ass guess on my part, but I just don't see how if you PM and his Agent gave out an intial criteria in asking price/starting point, you wouldn't know 'why'.....unless the Chiefs didn't meet that threshold / well below it.
Here is a better question for you. Read the article again and tell us where it actually says anywhere in the article that Pioli doesn't know why Manning didn't consider the Chiefs.
