Anders and Bennett are not our long-term solutions.

Cloud does not fit our scheme. Give Moreau the ball for an entire game. He has shown he can bust a few nice runs, and after he went out no other tailback gained any yards.

Tony Richardson fullback, Moreau tailback, and Dante Hall third down back. We are obviously in a transition year. Lets give our young guys the ball and see what happens over the season.

Is it really that hard to find a legitimate starting back? Garner was available. Watters, Lamarr Smith, Wheatley, Faulk, Curtis Martin, James Stewart, Hearst and Jerome Bettis all changed teams. I hear how impossible it is to draft a runner because of our draft position, but look at the RB's drafted after the 1st round. Dillon, Terrel Davis, Jamal Anderson, Levens, Robert Smith, Duce Staley, Biakabutuka, even Ahman Green looked great Sunday. I am sick and tired of the lame excuses and even more lame running backs. It may be expensive, but runners are available every year. Maybe we could have saved the millions wasted on Bush, Mcglockton, and Williams and saved the draft picks wasted on Cloud, Shehee, Blundin, and Elkins just to name a few and signed or drafted a quality RB and do what every team seems to do but us...Give him the damn ball.

I agree a Moreau/Hall combination could work but it seem the Chiefs will always have to shell out a 1st round pick or big FA bucks so I'm not sure Moreau will get a shot. draft a premiere RB Carl!!!!!(Lamont Jordan, Travis Henry, Rudi Johnson)
