If Coordinators remain, and probably Gun as well the draft pick means squat!

This coaching staff is so pathetic we could finish 7-9 with Chuck Noll's Championship Steelers squads. Why worry about our draft pick which cannot make the difference. I know, I know we need hope, but our most important hopes start with the coaching staff.

I think, if this staff has proved anything, it is that they can draft solid players. Maybe our HC and his "helpers" could be demoted to Scouts. Seriously, Gun is in over his head. He needs more help from his DC and OC. Gun's trying to do everything now and he's not doing anything 100%. I was a big backer of Gun but the "45 second clock," losses to SF, SD, NE, ATL, and his "blind loyalty" to his coordinators has changed my mind...
