Will youth movement preserve the stooges?

Often times when a team makes a youth movement the coaching staff stays intact so that the young players do not have to learn new systems as they develop. Some feel that this happened with the Bengals this year - rather than having Akili Smith learn a new system and hamper his growth, they kept Coslett. Will the Chiefs youth movement spare the stooges a pink slip?

I hope the stooges are not kept. Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk. Their systems are not that great anyway. What evidence do we have to look back and say...see, our sytems really develops players. John Tait, not a product of the system. He is a product of good genes and intelligence, hence, all should be able to learn with that combination, no matter what/who systems are being used.
