Put Croyle in. Green is done. Huard isn't better than Croyle. Croyle should be no. 1

Croyle deserves a shot like Cutler's got. Who knows, maybe Croyle could complete a screen pass against the raiders?

Actually, I probably wouldn't trade our practice squad QB Preston Parsons for Croyle.

Having a legit young stud QB has really energized the entire team and fan base. I haven't had this much fun watching Bronco games in years.

Happy Kwanza, bitches.

I'm happy for you. The fall back to reality will be extremely hard on you.

Green looks like a prude school girl out there afraid of a little peer pressure!!

Huard played lesser teams.

Deberg_1990 12-26-2006 05:27 PM

Blah, blah , blah...nothing ever signifigantly changes with this team.......always afraid of making big changes....they always talk like they are just 1 or 2 players away.

Same old story.....

blueballs 12-26-2006 05:30 PM

yet you return

HonestChieffan 12-26-2006 05:31 PM

Another example why Herm is needing to be declared brain dead. OK we all love Trent, great guy. good QB....But Herm is saying before this season is over who he will start in 2007? What a dillweed.

tk13 12-26-2006 05:43 PM

I actually think the proactive thing is to actually fix the offensive line. That would be a typical Chiefs thing, to have two problems, QB and O-line, then fix the thing (QB) that is reliant on the other. This offseason should be focused on upgrading our lines... we've built this team backwards, it all starts up front. Huard isn't gonna lead us to the playoffs either unless the offensive line improves. Every time he faced a good D on the road he didn't play well.

I don't see age as an immediate concern at this time.
The real issue, IMO, is the accuracy since returning from the concussion. Trent has been waaaaay off on the easy stuff. Some of it may be timing and rythym that will improve with more practice together but the passes that bounce at the receivers' feet are worrisome. I really wonder if Trent's egg may be permanently scrambled.

I agree that Green's accuracy has been the main problem. Like most sports, though, bad footwork leads to bad throws.
