Hey Mark - I smile when I think of this as a bb war. The people involved are a very nice bunch of folks relative to whats out there on the web. This "battle" is so lightweight compared to the level of venom spewed about in real cyberbattles. If this is as bad as it gets, we should all be proud.

I'm an admin now because I'm helping Kyle run the server. We're gonna make sure that this thing runs top-notch all the time, especially during games.

That was one of my biggest complaints about the other board was performance, and we're going to do everything we can to make sure it doesn't happen over here.

I am trying to stay on both boards, but things that you are posting (and a few others too) are making it difficult. Things like calling the reason to leave contrived. Contrived for what reason, to get away from you perhaps. That is plain silly. The people who you might say left for contrived reasons have battled all the issues on this old bb for months if not years. Your disrespect for their reasons is silly, mean, and superfluous. I ask that you take the opportunity to think it through, perhaps even take it back. If you do not then I believe you can forget about the chance that some very old friends are going to either stay or become biboardal (strange term). For now I will stay because other than your we against us rants and those of a few others that I do not consider worthy of responding to their still is a small (not if this BB does not fix the crashing slowness)contingent here that I want to continue to post with, of which one is you. Try to move on, we did not move to get people fired, if they do get in trouble (not fired) then that might be a good thing as they might modify the way they go about banning an entire subject. The fact this is the largest thread on this board and gets the most traffic says something about the concern everyone has for its future. Well enough for now. If this seemed like a lecture sorry, but it was intended to try to convice everyone to stop ragging on those who left since the were once your cyberfriends.

i left the other board cuz i couldn't keep the same log-in name for more than five minutes. half the time i didn't even have to type anything before they booted me. thats why i made the switch. and plus most of the people that like to talk football are over here. i just say give this thing time and everyone will be happy with whichever board they choose.

So far after 2 full days I have found about 1000 reasons to stay here. I hate that you always have to sign on over there. I haven't tried it yet but I hated being only able to post partial articles. The graphics here are better. I have no loyalty alliegence with the KC Star(what a fool). http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/tongue.gif I will NOT go back except for the laughs.

One comment about a kc.com regular slingin smack over there.

Doesn't anyone else remember the numerous attempts by roger garrett to get all the regs to move to other BBs? Surely I'm not the only one to notice this. And do not forget his constant boasting of his web builder prowess, and the frequent 'You want me to help you build your site?' offerings.

IMO, he's just ticked we didn't following his lead, instead jumping to this site.
