I am getting an apartment a week from tomorrow. Wont be completely moved in until the first week of August though. She says she's getting a town house but I have a feeling its going to be gone by the time she has the money to move in, so she'll probably have to put her stuff in storage for awhile. She wont admit to her boyfriend moving in with her because she knows I can and will come take the kids but a lot of his shit is going to be there and she admits he will be spending the night there a lot. I know he's going to be living there but thats a little hard to prove if everything is in her name.

We still have an agreement to stay married for financial/insurance reasons for awhile, but I have two grand saved back for a divorce lawyer just in case. I may have to end up spending that on a bankruptcy lawyer though since we are going to be losing the house and I dont know if we have enough equity to cover what we owe.

So basically, no nothing new yet. :D

Ok I'm arriving late to this. She's pregnant and they are divorcing? Did she get knocked up by another guy? Who's decision is it to get divorced. If her, chalk it up to pregnant crazy. If its him that's a little cold if she's pregnant and its his.

When a pregnant woman goes to her first OBGYN appointment they test for STD's. Hopefully if anything came back positive she would have let Burt know.
