You are right, this "battle" is tame compared to others in cyberspace. I have seen the Borg and they are not us.

I should not have singled you out and for that I apologize. My annoyance is just running a little higher due to the lack of "self-respect" on the other BB when addressing the issue of some of us leaving. One person(you know who SHE is), who has always labeled herself as the modicum of understanding, has suddenly dropped her facade and shone her true colors. Instead of leading the pack by example and showing respect for our decisions she has decided to use her voice as a hammer & sickle hacking away with negativism.

If we, as a group, wanted to go back and create chaos on the board, it would be very simple. But, that would not solve anything, would be counter-productive, and is not my style. I have, so far, chosen not to go back and post any counterpoints to her very weak arguments. But should the inferences continue I will address them in a civil manner if need be.

Once again, my apologies for singling you out, I should not have done that.

Hey Mark - Here's a case in point for what a lightweight "battle" this is. I had to search thru your previous reply to see where I had been "singled out." I couldn't even find the part where I should have been offended enough to warrant your apology! This is truly the Battle of the Nice Folks.

I guess I was trying to say in my way earlier reply that both boards will take on a life of their own. The split between the two will spawn two vibrant and healthy arenas to support and bash the Chiefs. No worries, mate!

What is so funny is that she accused everyone of calling Beckie & the other BBA's those names, when in fact, all that happened was that I used the term "Hitler's method of expungement". I guess if I had wanted to I should have used her argument "that's YOUR version of what I was trying to say"

Why don't you ask her to come right out and point out the accused person who called Beckie those names?

The 'QUOTE' function allows UBB to bypass the need for post #s. Just type {Quote}paste quote here{/Quote}. (But use the "[" "]" brackets instead).
