true , true but i just think this years draft is make or break for the chiefs and there is a lot of talent out there for us to pick from. the way i see it we need to address two things high in the draft, our o-line and our secondary.

What the Chiefs need to address early in the draft is getting playmakers.

im saying teams who look forward to the draft all year long are for teams that suck.

i mean really how many colts/saints/ or vikings fans are thinking about who they will draft next year?

The guy is just a casual fan no more no less. A lot of us talk draft for a hobby, he is obviously not one of them.

Mecca what do you think about Toby Gerhart? He would make a nice counter punch to Jamaal Charles, and is a red zone beast.

There are plenty. Like I posted a lot of people do draft stuff as a hobby. There's a reason draft sites exist and Kiper and McShay are already talking about prospects throughout the season.

dont have to be consumed by the draft to be a fan, just aware of it. i mean really when was the last time the chiefs drafted someone that everyone agreed on?

Hey, guess what? This team sucks. Of course we're going to be talking about the draft earlier than the good teams are. It isn't rocket science, jethro.

mcshay and kiper can only hype up so many players during the season, they wait until the offseason to really start talking about prospects and measurables.

Every single team has draftnik fans, the draft is a really really fun day if you take the time to study it.

HotRoute 12-03-2009 04:15 PM

ok ok. . . so who do we take with our first three picks in the first two rounds to fix everything?

HotRoute 12-03-2009 04:17 PM

Mecca 12-03-2009 04:21 PM

Taylor Mays is a top 15 pick based on natural talent alone.
