I poop every single morning after being awake for an hour.

This would be my ideal poop time/schedule, if I had my choice at hand-picking my pooping time of day.

also, if you're a gassy person - it seems to push it all out. I just farted post poop. This stuff is delightful.

I use about a tablespoon of whole flax seeds in my breakfast smoothies, then blend the crap out of it.

Indeed, delightful stuff.

Not great, but I haven't been on my smoothies in awhile due to some dietary changes I had to undertake post hospital. But when I get back in a month or so, everything will be right as rain.

The one I just finished, while a little harder than I'd prefer, was a clean sweep. That's always nice.

I like to add ground flax to my breakfast muffins made from scrambled egg, sausage, cheese, and chopped asparagus. Nothing like hosing down a coffee and flax induced duece with a frothy asparagus piss.
