With the draft coming up here is my mock draft for the Chiefs. Enjoy.

I like it, but I don't like it.

A QB can wait until the later rounds or even next year. Too many needs on the D side of the ball this year. I like the idea of adding Roby and Sproles in those rounds. Nice picks there. But, I'm still not sold on DJ being worth all the accolades he's been getting. We'll see....

except i would rather pass on Horton and grab someone else

IMO a QB can wait until next year and we have no need for sproles with LJ,Priest,Holcome and Jonathan Smith over in NFL europe.Smith is the same size as sproles and has a style similar.He's been running pretty well over in Europe.Id rather keep him and draft for the Defense.

I certainly wouldn't complain about this draft one bit. I think we can use a bit more defense (not sure we need a QB or RB, although I'd like Sproles' value there). But, if this happened, I'd be quite pleased, I think.

I don't want the fumbling midget on the Chiefs. That's the donk's thing.

we can find a QB in the later rounds. I think we need a DT and an Olineman in the mid rounds, and we can probably find a WR in the 7th round. Is your assumption based on us trading a 4th and 5th for Surtain? That is not going to happen.

Why would we need Sproles? Vermiel would only use him as a SP return man and were already stacked in that as well with Dante Hall and Samie Parker.

If thats true,we need to pick up a CB in the third round and a QB later on.

Sorry, but I hate it.

Orton sucks.

Roby won't be there in the 5th, IMO. If you're going to target a WR, it should be with the 3rd-round pick you spent on Orton.

Whats wrong with Orton? I think he is a fine QB.

I think we could get a developmental QB in later rounds that would be just as good. Andrew Walter, Dan Orlovsky, Derek Anderson, or Gino Giudugli would be just as good and we could get them later on.

Not a big fan. Take a specialist in the first who will be an OLB and then another OLB in the second who is similar to Key Fox. And then Orton in the third? Eh.
