Just based on what I'm seeing, I wouldn't use them.

Use turbotax and pay the 30 bucks :/

Unless your return is incredibly simple, I would recommend finding a good CPA. You may pay $100+ more for your return, but, in many cases, I find that people don't know what they don't know and can make up at least the cost of the return preparation by hiring a good CPA. (People do some stupid things with their money)

Ask for a checklist and have your information in order when you hand it over. That will save you money as well.

My returns are a bit complicated at this point in life, but when I finally gave up and had a professional do them I was surprised at how little I knew about it.

That's pretty common. So many people try to save a few bucks by preparing their returns themselves and end up paying way too much in taxes.
