I can't explain Atlanta, though. Listing Atlanta second pretty much shows that they picked their order based on how good they think the teams "should" have been.

Yeah, I understand the value of the stat. I apparently couldn't do math last night and thought we had a run dif of 28 and not 18. Which is why I thought it was an arbitrary number ESPN was using in the 28+ pic.
