I could see that. I see it in my workplaces all the time. Everyone agrees we need to take path A. But the manager in path A's department see's it differently.
Do you fight about it, hurt the guys feelings, because if it creates a problem for the other stuff thats going well, thats not good. You are shooting yourself in the foot. Just bite the bullet and leave that fight for another day.
