EVERYONE is hoping this benching knocks some sense into him and he comes back to the team ready to participate and give full effort. His play will follow, and so will fan sentiments, period.
If he gives 100% on the field, he will be accepted, if he can't, then he won't be. Pretty simple.

I agree. He's a professional who's supposed to be out there doing his job. If someone at my work was behaving the same way - blowing up at people, half-assing it, arguing with peers and superiors - I'd feel the same way about them.
