I’m also not sure what mentioning his fight with the Justice League does for your argument. It’s established in basically all canons that Kryptonians are leagues above anyone else.
Very, very rarely they’ll depict Diana as nearly as powerful as Superman but generally speaking he is on a completely different level and that appeared to be the case in the Snyderverse. There’s no consistency issue there.

I'd venture a guess to say that in James Gunn's film Superman won't kill anyone, somehow, these no other choice scenarios will play out entirely differently, and the wonder and amazement you'll experience at the mere sight of it will be unmatched.
