Someone on tv a while back called it a rollover year, or something like that... meaning there are a lot of teams that have lots of Seniors/Juniors and/or have younger talent with tournament experience. That seemed really clear to me this weekend, as almost all the top seeds knew how to respond in the close games, while a team like Texas struggled.
On that note, I'm glad Kansas doesn't have to deal with him again this year, but I really hope Durant comes back, for the sake of college basketball.
