Truthfully no. I don't even know where you find anything about them published. It sounded like that if you got two, you were subject to banning. If I want to be banned I will tell you. (sort of a joke but I think you get my drift). I in the past have always responded well to moderators asking me to modify a behavior in PMs. The infraction based on a Phobia rule that turns out to be the way I remembered it, and not the way in which I was given the infraction was upsetting. I doubt there is a rule for the ChiefsPlanet that I am not aware of, yet I knew nothing of infractions.
