Same school, same position, same plays that Bey ran. Smith isn't as fast, but close, and gets better separation than Bey, but he's far from polished in terms of being a real receiver. He's a project that will require good coaching. He also has Jimmy Clausen hands. 1. Austin Pettis
2. Jon Baldwin
3. Leonard Hankerson

Chiefs have a legit #1 in Bowe. They've got their speed guy in Curtis. They've got their swiss army knife slot guy in McCluster. They need a long, possession type receiver that has great hands and can run precision routes. Smith does not fit the bill.
