ya, Franklin isn't even an upgrade over Dorsey at NT and Dorsey isn't good enough.

Ron Edwards

Leo Pope

Shaun Smith

I really wouldn't mind if they don't sign Smith, but since Boss Chief brought up the 49er game, Smith had a couple big plays in that game from the LDE position. Smith lacks focus, his performances are up and down too much. But I like his attitude.

I think the Ron Edwards must die fan club is dumb, I'd like him here another season or two. He's no Hampton/Wilfork, but there are only so many guys that can play that position well. Until the Chiefs find a guy, Edwards is their best option. He's a lot better than Franklin.
