Dallas Cowboys TE Jason Witten, the team's player rep, said the league year may be pushed back from Thursday, Aug. 4, to the following Monday or Tuesday. The NFL and NFL Players Association have details that need to be worked out. If the league year is pushed back, the new CBA rules would prevent players who were unsigned before training camp to participate in practice until the new league year begins.
