That is a body double, she has said before she has never done a topless scene or nude atleast herself. I think they wanted her to do one for Sin City but i dont think she was up for it. She is def. bonerific!

The OP's link does look like a body double to me.

But AFAIK, the photos I referenced above are legitimate. She was wearing a sheer top with multiple layers at the 2005 MTV Awards. But some cooperative wind moved the upper layer(s), leaving only one sheer layer between the camera and the clearly visible goods.
