I believe that would be Orlando Pace taken by the Rams in the 97 draft.
Just off the top of my head. I can't think of anyone who's won it after him. |

Manila brings up a good point. #1 overall does not have a good track record of bringing SB victory to the drafting team. However, this could easily be becuase to qualify for #1 overall, you have to really, really, suck.
