Oakland
Mountain over 13,000 (though I was probably pretty close before doing a 14er in Colorado. I think we slept at about 12,000)

In the Beartooth Mountains there is a place about 35 miles from any road and some old trapper named "Frenchie" is taking a dirt nap back there. (Frenchies Grave) That si the same area we take horses back to elk hunt. I wasn't to worried about old Frenchie because it is the same area where the drop off the problem Grizzlys from Yellowstone and other areas. We were sleeping in nothing but bed rolls for over a week out there. I had a gun in each hand when I went to sleep. As fate would have it, that's how old Frenchie met his demise. he came in 2nd place in a fight with one of those hairy bastards.

Heh, I haven't slept in Oakland. I'm sure if I did, looking back, the night in jail would seem safer.

I assume the "near a dead body" option includes sleeping in a cemetery? I've done that before, but to my knowledge I've never slept near an unburied/unprepared/undiscovered dead body. I did come home one day this past December to find my roommate dead in her bed, but she died during the day while I was at work, and her body was removed before I went to sleep, so that wouldn't count.
