My first woodworking project ever. Would like some feedback. - Page 3

I posted a while back that I got a new puppy. Well, we started shopping for dog houses and were absolutly shocked at how much those damn things cost.

For an "igloo" model (basically a piece of shit plastic mold in the shape of an igloo) for a full size dog was $125+.

So, because I am not willing to pay that much for a piece of plastic, I decided to look on the net for plans. I found one that I was particularly drawn to and decided to go with it.

Total cost for this doghouse (not including most of a sunday) was 40.00. I am no master craftsman but I think it came out pretty damn good. I still have to do some painting on the roof (which is removable BTW)... I am thinking of writing her name across the roof or something.

Thoughts, comments, or suggestions?
