What advice would you give someone who is applying for supervisory position? - Page 6

When he has no supervisory experience. I need some buzzwords to throw around. I'd really like to get this job and get some sup/management experience under my belt. It's within the agency i'm in now, so I know I will get an interview, I just need some "helpful hints".

I've thought of some scenarios where I have managed people, so I will whip those out and see if they flinch. I think that will work well.

You aren't getting the thrust of the comments I made. Take charge of your life and don't depend on your employer to provide the training you need, you might not always be there.
