Juice Fasting for 30 days?

Anyone ever try it? Four of my friends have done it and lost about 30lbs each. But for some reason I am not sold on it. Any help?

Sure: Soy isn't bad for you in moderate amounts. Just like anything else, it contains things that can be harmful for you if taken in large amounts.

I have no idea who John Robbins or for that matter who Sally Fallon and Mary Enig are.

What I do know is that EVERY naturopathic physician I have ever met said it's garbage and to avoid it. I have also listed who Dr. Bernd Friedlander and gave you his background and the article I posted is obviously Dr. Joseph Mercola. I also know there is an absolute ton of money currently being made by the soy industry and they have invested a lot in putting out the disinformation out there. I also know that the Doctors I am talking to stand nothing to gain by telling me to avoid soy.

Obviously you feel telling people to supplement with it is a good thing. Knock yourself out and enjoy your soy.

She is a consultant, clinician, and the director of the Nutritional Sciences Division of Enig Associates, Inc., Silver Spring, Maryland. Dr. Enig, a consultant on nutrition to individuals, industry, and state and federal governments, is a licensed practitioner in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She has served as a Contributing Editor of the scientific journal Clinical Nutrition and a Consulting Editor of the Journal of the American College of Nutrition.

Great so the Doctors have credentials who think soy is bad in what you posted, so who is the clown dogging them and what are his?
