Strained my hammy a few weeks ago. Still gives me fits. Any recommendations for rehab other than self medicating with painkillers so I can still be active?

DMSO twice a day and ice. Slowly start stretching. Be careful as the DMSO will give you a false sense of where you are at. You will come back much quicker though.

It takes whatever you mix with it straight through your skin. It is very popular to mix with a steroid in the event of an injury so it can be applied straight to the problem area. We will never know for sure but if I were to guess I would say Balco Labs 'The Clear' was a DMSO gel mixed with some combination of steroids. Maybe test and deca, who knows.
