cdcox is right on.
Watching the Patriots from afar it's all about value deals. Ever since they became so damn successful they have been able to get big names to sign there for very reasonable terms, but that won't happen here until after we win a lot of games. So I'd pretty much expect things to continue as they have under Herm this last year - bringing in a lot of no-names, young guys, etc. looking for gems in the rough.
