But...

Why is it every alarm commercial that comes on tv has white dudes breaking in? Is it because there are more white dudes in the USA and they are more likely to be criminals?

When people notice stuff like this does it make them a racist?

OK, common knowledge might be an exaggeration, but my wife's grandmother was in Silvercrest for quite a while and I know they did it there. Besides, have you ever been in any of those casinos during the day? It's like heaven's waiting room for crying out loud, and I guarangoddamntee all those fogeys didn't drive themselves there.

I can honestly say that I've never ventured into a casino during the day, but I could only imagine.

I've noticed that too. And in commercials where there's two guys and one is sort of a buffoonish/idiot guy, and the other guy is the smart guy, it seems like the buffoonish guy will be white and the smart guy black, never the other way around. Like the commercial where the guy throws the Wii controller through the other guy's TV.
It's like they're terrified of anything remotely being construed as racist.

reminds me of the mcdonalds commericial in the 90's I guess they wanted to make it more urban, but not the sterotype that all inner city black people play basketball all day long, so they had them play basketball, with roller blades on for the commercial
