I didn't skip my last day of work.
Today is my last day of work in Garden City, Kansas. My boss bought me a set of networking tools. Start my new job a week from Today. Now I just need to move all my crap to Topeka.

I'm from Scott City and moved from Garden to Manhattan. It is defiently a great move, you won't miss Garden at all unless you have family. Then you will miss it once a year when you go back for holidays, you however will be ready to go back to Topeka within a couple hrs.

I remember staying a night in Scott City one time when I came back from Colorado. I just can't remember the hotel name, but it was a decent looking hotel, back then, of course.

I actually miss that area sometimes. Whenever I look at my guns and realize I have to go to a shooting range it's kinda depressing. I used to be able to go to the river or even my back yard and do whatever I want.

You can't steal a school bus and have the school administration pretend it never happened while just about every student is talking about it the next day in KC.
