Chiefs' O-line ranked #25
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9...s:-OL-packages
Not much news here except that the o-line is ranked at #25 by this writer. Starters: LT Branden Albert LG Brian Waters C Rudy Niswanger RG Mike Goff RT Damion McIntosh Backups: Colin Brown Brian De La Puente Eric Ghiaciuc Cameron Goldberg Darryl Harris Edwin Harrison Barry Richardson Wade Smith Herb Taylor Waters spent the offseason angry and upset with the new Chiefs regime, attending only the mandatory minicamp. When he did show up, he admitted he had a great deal of conditioning to do before the start of training camp. New coach Todd Haley wants his blockers lean and mobile, as guys like Albert and McIntosh have lost a considerable amount of weight and mid-section. Goff was signed as a UFA and was the line's leader during the offseason program. Ghiaciuc and Smith give the Chiefs experienced depth inside, but they lack playing experience on the bench at tackle. Draft pick Brown is strictly a right tackle, as is last year's pick Richardson. Last edited by T-post Tom; 07-25-2009 at 02:00 AM.. |

The Browns line has names but hasn't really translated into good play...and that right side is very questionable.
