Man, that is hard to watch. I hope those officers get prosecuted, I don't see how this isn't assault.

The cops were responding to a shots fired call. This prick is reaching in his pocket and they don't know for sure if he's the guy w/ a gun or not. The cops reaction is excessive, but what did the guy expect to happen?

I'm not saying a cop is never wrong. But I'm saying the time to try and argue civil rights is not when a cop is in front of you and telling you to keep your hands where he can see them. Don't give a cop a reason to kick the shit out of you especially if you're innocent.

In the future, if I ever respond seriously to a post of yours, remind me of this thread and the thread about the cops going at the guy who filmed them from his own yard. That way I'll know that you're one of the stupidest mother****ers ever to draw breath, and I can take that into consideration.
